Firstly, add your site's URL in web master tools and then create sitemap using third party sitemap generator, I used http://gsitecrawler.com/, and then upload two files, sitemap.xml and sitemap.xml.gz to the server.
Upload robots.txt, which is generated from Google web master tools, to the server.
And then, fetch the site using Fetch as Googlebot at web master tools.
Finally, your site is up in google search.
